Managing your Voicemail All changes to Group Voicemail will need to be raised to ithelpdesk@sandmat.uk Contents Reviewing your voicemail messages Change the length of time before redirecting to Voicemail To change your personal greeting Reviewing your voicemail messages Open Teams > Click 'Voicemail' > You will see a list of all your voicemail messages To play a message click on a message and click the purple play button (bottom right) You can also read the transcript of the voicemail in the right hand column (see screenshot below). You can delete messages by hovering over a message with your mouse cursor and clicking the ellipsis ... > Delete Change the length of time before redirecting to Voicemail Open Teams > Click 'Calls' > Click 'Don't forward' (bottom left) > Click 'More Settings' In the 'Settings' Menu click the drop down '20 seconds (default)' and change the number of seconds required. To change your personal greeting Open Teams > Click 'Calls' > Click 'Don't forward' (bottom left) > Click 'More Settings' In the 'Settings' Menu click 'Configure voicemail' There are three options Do nothing > the system will automatically read your name and ask the person to leave a message. Click 'Record a greeting' > The system will then call the voicemail system and you can record a personal greeting. You can type a personal message that the system will read out (see screenshot below) - 'Your custom greeting' and 'Your custom out of office greeting'
