Transferring a Call
There are two ways to transfer a call -- these are called a 'blind transfer' and a 'consulted transfer'.
1. A blind transfer is when you transfer the original caller directly to the other person.
2. A consulted transfer is when you dial another person, speak to them and explain that you wish to transfer a call to them, and then transfer the original caller through to them.

When you are in a Teams call, click the three dots in the menu and select the 'Transfer' option.
