First sign on/Password reset
Whether it is the first time you sign into your account or you have forgotten your password, and IT Services has changed it, these next steps will show you how to change your password.
1. Once the laptop has booted up and you are on the login screen simply type in your full email address (e.g. Test.Teacher@milestone.sandmat.uk), and the password that has been given to you either via HR or the IT services.
2. Once Windows has loaded you will need to open Microsoft Edge web browser on you bottom task bar. Or if you prefer you can press Ctrl + Alt + delete and select change a password.
3. As soon as the browser window opens you will see your email as it asks you to pick an account to use. Select your email account.
4. Now use the password you were provided with to sign in.
5. When the next screen appears you can choose your own password to use to login form then on.
6. After this has been done remember this password as this will now get you into your accounts.
