CAL - OneDrive has replaced your H: Drive
As part of the migration into SAND Multi Academy Trust, your old H: Drive contents have been migrated to your SANDMAT OneDrive.
You would have been able to access your H: Drive by going to "This PC", and then locating your H: Drive as below:
OneDrive Benefits
- 1Terabyte (TB) = (1000 Gigabytes - GB) of space.
- Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection
- The ability to keep files downloaded on the device, when working offline (say on a train, or plane flight).
Accessing your Onedrive can be done in two ways
1) Via WIndows Explorer (notice the clouds and green ticks, next to the files and folders).
2) Online from any computer, via a web browser at: https://www.office.com and signing in using your SANDMAT email address and password: (e.g. fred.bloggs@calton.sandmat.uk).
The OneDrive Client Application
A few important things to keep an eye on - make sure your OneDrive client is signed in and syncing correctly. This can be found at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, near the clock:
