Sign out and sign into OneDrive on iPhone/iPad

Overview

If you are struggling to view all folders and files in OneDrive on your Apple iPhone or iPad, you may need to sign out and sign in to the app to refresh it.

Sign Out

To sign out of the app follow these steps:

1. In the OneDrive app, tap on your profile picture in the top left hand corner

2. Tap on Settings

3. Tap on your account name

4. Tap Sign Out

5. Tap OK

Signing In

6. Enter your email address (firstname.lastname@sandmat.uk or @yourschool.sandmat.uk) and then tap the arrow

7. Once you've signed in again, you should be able to view all folders and files that were previously missing or hidden from your view
