How to make a Web Filter Change Request
To request a change to the filtering - such as blocking or unblocking a website - you must complete the Request Form below, which will be authorised by the DSL in your school.

You will need to provide the URL (the "address" of the website in question).
If this is a request to unblock a website that you're currently unable to access, we will also ask for information from the Block Page that you've received when trying to access the website. This will help the support team unblock the website correctly.
In either case (allowing or blocking) you'll need to provide a brief explanation for why you need the change, and this will be passed to the DSL in the school, who can evaluate whether this is right for the school.
When the request is approved by the DSL, a ticket will automatically be created on the IT Service Desk so that the support team can implement the change -- you'll be updated through the ticket when it's complete.
